Dear Student,

PLEASE TAKE SOME TIME TO REVIEW THE MATERIALS PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE SCHEDULED CLASS!  Due to the increase in information that must be covered in the 4.5 hour class, it is essential that students are familiar with the material to be discussed.  Additionally, you will have the ability to print off clean copies of the medication administration forms from your computer, or send the form to a parent by email, if the need arises.  You will receive a printed copy of the student manual on the date of your class.  However, in an effort to reduce paper waste, the reproducible medication administration forms will only be available in an electronic form.   We look forward to seeing you in class!
